Before the property was staged, it had been on the market for over a year. A local family had seen it many times online but never booked a viewing. From the photos alone, they felt the space wouldn’t work for family life. It looked awkward, lacked warmth, and simply didn’t feel like the right fit, so they scrolled past without giving it a second thought.

After professional staging, everything changed.
